I, Aria Palmieri, want nothing more than to help you to flourish in all areas of your life. I have spent over 8 years studying energy, emotion and the language of soul and I feel it is finally time to teach the very best of what I have learned to the world.
In our 1:1 session, I will introduce you to your natural super powers and teach you to use them to transform your life. I will show you how to heal: to repair your relationship with yourself and others and to connect to and embody your spirit. Work with me, and you will never doubt that you are always exactly where you are meant to be.
I offer a blend of somatic, psychological and spiritual approaches to meet your unique experience. I hold you in the highest regard and strive to create a warm and welcoming space so that you feel safe to show up just as you are and explore the yearnings of your gorgeous heart.

Aria is an extremely insightful, invested, and intuitive person. She really sees you and understands the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of your suffering. She helped me explore what’s underneath my emotions, pain, resistance, rejection, and betrayal wounds. Working with her has helped me be less self-critical, more loving and understanding towards myself and others, and live a more fulfilled life.
